• Provide direct leadership and coaching to the local sales account managers with regards to business development and strategic initiatives.
• Forecast: Provide Logistic Product Forecast and Financial Sales Forecast
• Explore both existing and potential Customers .
• Responsible for annual business budget in their own area
• To drive continued Sales and EBIT via ERT Sales Channel
• Plan and align Sales activities with National KAMs in order to leverage revenues
• Support the Head of ERT channel with all strategic initiatives and objectives
People development and Leadership:
• Setup clear roles and responsibilities in the local sales account team aligned with ERT channel strategy.
• Conduct talent reviews with assigned subordinate role
• To contribute and deploy business vision and strategy which shall be aligned with PL Laundry/HC and PL Kitchen and integrated in ERT channel commercial strategy
• University degree
• Must have at least 5 years sales experience in Electrical Retailer business
• Must have general knowledge and understanding of the channel
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills both in the local language and English
• Must have strong presentation skills
• Must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen with a bias in commercial management
• English + Italian
