  • The Trade Partner Activation Executive (TPP and Advocacy Executive) is responsible for understanding trade partner needs in tradition channels, and developing new digital solutions in order to create advocacy behinds our Tobacco and next generation brands for the cluster.Driving innovation and identifying new opportunities through digital & activation platforms to drive channel advocacy with trade partners and provide support and insights to operational teams.
  • This role will involve working with the activation team and the wider SMO department to support business initiatives and business priorities as part of the business planning and the cluster Activation strategy.

Key accountabilities:

  • Development of Cluster and market trade partner programmes across multiple channels
  • Creation of platforms and tools, developed in line with the sales cycle process and supporting execution team activity
  • Responsible for linking with teams and coordinating support across departments involved in the rollout of developments to TPP
  • Coordinate field force engagement and project/work groups
  • Understand trade partner needs
  • Establish channel opportunities and demands
  • Work and projects completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage agencies and any remote/ 3rd party teams
  • Manage budgets effectively and plan activity according to spend
  • Co-ordinate insights and understand what will drive advocacy
  • Analyse cluster customer advocacy programme results
  • Agree focus areas/behaviours for the cluster
  • Identify opportunities/ actions to build customer advocacy
  • Implement new solutions in pilot
  • Review CSP principles, trade segment profiles, shopper profiles and customer needs
  • Identify points of differentiation against competitors and commercial impact on RTM
  • Define proposed value proposition for customer groups/panels
