Recommends and implement the Marketing Strategy by brand and country, paying particular attention to the differentiation and valuation of brands.
Participate in global strategic thinking (PLT, Budget, Brand Platform) International
Develops and recommend annual marketing plans in cooperation with the central commercial teams (trade marketing and catman) and field (in countries) thanks to a perfect knowledge of our European markets and development axes
Accompany marketing teams in market analysis and diagnostics.
Recommend the strategy of innovation / Renovation to 3 years to meet the challenges (evolution consumers, differentiation, valuation, ...)
Ensure the good coordination of marketing and product development actions in collaboration with internal experts (R & D, industrial, purchasing, commercial ...) and external (communication agencies, studies, packs, activation, ...)
Ensure the fulfillment of the commitments (projects, deadlines) of his team for the sake of the best efficiency (profitability).
Develop a digital communication strategy.
Validate packaging and advertising creations.
Validate the good allocations of the BPP resources and resources of each country.
Develop the team attached to it: 1 Product Manager, 1 Apprentice, 1 project manager, 1 shared assistant.
Participate in the development committee and the steering committee of the international service.
Work closely with other CPM and Group entities to exchange best practices and relay them within the team;

Management skills and leadership - a business experience is a plus
Team spirit and ability to lead projects transversally
Imperative English, a second language German or Italian would be a plus.
