Under the direction of the Head of Sector, you participate in the culinary production of a company restaurant by leading a team ensuring a careful and varied catering service, respecting the budget and standards of hygiene and food safety.
You adapt the menus defined at the national level by ensuring a balanced diet in accordance with HACCP standards
You take care of the pleasure of the guests to encourage their satisfaction
You manage the stocks and organize the food production of your site in collaboration with your team
You carry out or directly supervise all the key management operations and participate in the construction of the budget of your restaurant
You supervise your team and inform about the objectives of the site, whose tasks you plan
You are in charge of administrative procedures relating to the management of the site and your team.
Culinary education, you have significant experience in management in the catering sector (ideally in community). HACCP standards have no secrets for you. Passionate about your job. You demonstrate commitment, reactivity and are passionate about passing on your passion to your team. A mastery of computer tools is necessary for the good performance in the position.
