Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, processes, and procedures to attract and retain top talent and meet staffing needs across Europe. Ensure strategies are aligned with corporate objectives and goals to positively impact business results.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders and be seen as the go-to expert in all areas of talent acquisition.
Provide hands-on recruitment related support and for managing the search process for key positions and senior level hires.
Provide consultation and coaching for hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
Provide proactive project management expertise to meet growing business demands and to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Develop, analyze and publish key metrics focused on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency and to ensure the achievement of desired goals.
Provide leadership and management to staffing team on excellence in hiring manager communication, candidate relationship development, offer negotiation, and the effective execution of recruitment and onboarding practices. Ensure team meets or exceeds staffing deliverables and deliver on accountabilities as assigned.
Work closely with US Human Resources leaders and business partners in creating short and long term forecasting models and workforce hiring plans.
Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons.
Provide support and/or lead other projects and programs as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and legislations.
Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience
Bachelors' degree and a minimum of 10 years of progressive strategic and operational talent acquisition experience. Demonstrated success managing talent acquisition internationally in a fast growing environment.
Prior experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech industries strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the Pan-European marketplace, best practices, and laws/legislation required.
