Strategic and conceptual development of Communication activities (online and offline) and successfully implement them and sustainably.
The focus is on continuous development our digital media such as the content and functional development of the website, the online- Shops, SEA and SEO activities, newsletters, advertising and advertising Marketing automation (Funnel Defintion, Conversion Optimization, Tracking etc.)
You can also plan and support Live Marketing measures and service provider control.
Together with our marketing and press agency and other external Specialists as well as in coordination with the board develop the Roadmap for your issues and coordinate the implementation of the new Functions in all relevant channels.
Anticipate the behavior of our target groups and orient themselves the development to the satisfaction of our customers with our Communication channels.
You have several years of professional experience in one Communications agency or communications department and could be your flair for communication trends in projects.
You have successfully completed (Fach-) Hochschulstudium or comparable further training.
For us, the discipline is less important than yours skills and abilities. In order to advise your colleagues and contact partners in a targeted and efficient manner, use your pronounced communication strength, empathy and Tact. Long - term success is more important than fast solutions. They bring a holistic understanding of marketing channels and have extensive experience working with different tools (E.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud, CMS xyz).
Experience with digital project management methods is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English. In addition, intercultural competence and a structured way of working to your strengths.
