As an HR Business Partner you will be leading the people management related agenda at the site, ensuring alignment between business priorities and HR services delivery, partnering with senior site leaders and HR Center Of Expertise to develop aligned human resources services and to enable business performance.
You will also be a member of the management team of the site and strongly aligned with organizational strategic decision makers, and is focused on strategic decisions support.

Managing the interventional therapies in the region, including existing customer care and support for Sales Reps in the acquisition of new customers as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation of the sales development.
Leadership and coaching of the Sales Reps Interventional including leadership discussions, agreement of objectives and definition of performance standards as well as training and further education.
Preparation of the sales and cost budget for the interventional therapies in the form of regional single budgets for the following year, including inventory and new customer planning.
Reimbursement advice and support for the financing of our therapies on site.
Contact management to decision-makers on the customer side and opinion leaders in the market as well as support of large customers and the establishment of a firm network of strategic customers.
Development and implementation of strategies for future market development.
Participation in national and international congresses and events as well as in internal sales meetings and RTG meetings.
Organization of regional meetings
Close exchange and collaboration with the other District Sales Managers, marketing and all internal interfaces
Sales / Sales Management Ideally in Healthcare o.ä. good knowledge about decision-making processes on the buyer's side, very strong sales orientation and distinctive leadership qualities, as well as medical background or knowledge in the medical field.

Flexibility and operational readiness.
Economic / Natural Sciences degree or a comparable education.
Business background knowledge, Mastery of the usual PC tools, good written and spoken English knowledge.
