Job Description: The Local Marketing Manager is in charge of developing the BoConcept brand locally in close collaboration with our franchisees. The objective is to increase the awareness and preference of BoConcept with predefined segments to ensure significant traffic for physical stores as well as to develop their online sales. The candidate knows his / her working environment perfectly; he / she mastered the classic market and social media / digital tools. He / she already has a network of national, regional or local partners in major metropolises in France with whom he / she could benefit from the strengths of the BoConcept brand to establish innovative collaborations in order to offer a program of actions impacting to our franchisees. Through a similar experience of min. 5 years with a renowned brand, he / she perfectly knows how to support the stores by setting up a framework of work oriented on dialogue, management of priorities and ambition. With experience, strong marketing and communication skills as well as fluency with the numbers, he / she will be the daily support to the franchisees to guarantee a dynamic and flourishing activity. Job Requirements:
You have a professional appearance, an influential personality and you master French and English perfectly.
You must use your experience to achieve good traffic results.
You are entirely dedicated to the growth support of store sales (launch new stores and comparable stores) and you are guarantee that the communication budget of the stores will be respected
You have an excellent knowledge of the world of retail / sustainable product sales.
You master the establishment of a "brand" ideally with a brand internationally renowned and / or another brand franchise.
You are able to bring your expertise on store management in terms of increasing the visibility of a store in its local environment.
You are an expert in the various media and help stores to manage their relationships with local media providers.
You have a perfect understanding of the BoConcept marketing issues at the local and national level as well as the implementation of the campaigns.
You are actively involved in the strategy and the execution of the national media actions in support of the success of our franchises at the local level.
Specialization in marketing and communication.
Analytical skills and basics in sales statistics.
Experience in setting up local communication budgets in support of marketing actions implemented at international and national level.
Understand the opportunities and challenges of running a "small business".
Excellent presentation and personal impact.
Proven previous contribution to the growth of a business.
Minimum level of study: Honors degree in marketing and communication.
French / English written and oral.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Experience organizing events.
Good knowledge of sales, marketing and digital communication are assets
