Areas Of Responsibilities
You act as the right hand to our Senior Vice President (SVP) and deliver general project support on a senior management level
You support the SVP in defining, establishing and implementing global structures and processes in a corporate HR environment
You coordinate and track the establishment of project objectives, milestones, action points and deadlines
You set priorities and draft the SVPs correspondence and action points
You prepare management meetings and presentations
You prepare HR related researches and best practices as well as derive management advice for our SVP
You act as the interface between global and regional HR departments
You support on ad hoc projects
Profile Of Qualification
Successfully completed studies in a business administration or related field
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within an international matrix organization
Strong intercultural skills combined with excellent organizational and communication skills
Comprehensive project management skills and a self-initiative way of working
Highly motivation and high sense of responsibility
Business fluent in English and German, ideally Chinese
Profound MS Office skills

You are responsible for the management and support of our distribution partners in the respective region.
You define and implement the sales and marketing strategies for the respective regions in close cooperation with the distribution partner.
You are analyzing the markets and competitors and, in the latter case, you can make improvements to the region.
You develop market entry strategies and implement them in all new markets in the region.
You are also responsible for the selection of new distributors in collaboration with the Director International Sales EMEA In doing so, the maintenance and expansion of business relations with our distributors is in your hands responsibility.
You have regular meetings with our partners and customers.
You have a successfully completed Degree in Economics or comparable.
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
You could have accumulated this experience in the consumer goods and / or lifestyle industry.
You are familiar with the export management of one / more regions.
You are communicative and you are characterized by your negotiation skills.
You associate an entrepreneurial-strategic mindset with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
Your English skills are excellent, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
You have a high traveling readiness.
